10-Year Plan

"Reaching Home: Missoula's 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness" is the result of more than a year and a half of research by a volunteer working group appointed by Missoula Mayor John Engen and County Commissioner Jean Curtiss. Missoula does a remarkable job of serving the homeless, but it's time to stop treating the problem with a band-aid approach and move toward ending it altogether.
