2-1-1 is an easy-to-remember telephone number that connects people with important community services and volunteer opportunities.

Even if you've never needed help before, the loss of a job, diminished benefits, or an unexpected health crisis might have you looking for some assistance. 2-1-1 is the information & referral service that connects people with questions or problems and the social services in the community designed to meet that need.

When you call 2-1-1, you will speak with an information & referral specialist trained to analyze your problem or question. 2-1-1 has current and comprehensive listing of community resources and can refer you to the agencies and organizations able to help.

2-1-1 is the nationally recognized three digit dialing code for information and referral.  Calls to 2-1-1 are free and confidential.  A service of the Human Resource Council, 2-1-1 is available 24 hours and serves Missoula, Mineral & Ravalli counties.
